This tenant finish project consisted of the architectural design of a 1,338sf endodontics office.
Design Objective:
Dr. Cunningham's endodontics office was small in size, but he did not want it to be small in style. Custom features were designed into the space. There is the art display areas on the back of the 12o'clock walls with their recessed glass tile, solid surface accents and framed black and white photography suspend by an aircraft cable system. In the center of the space the wall behind the work station was lowered opening up the space and preventing a congested feeling. This wall was covered with glass tile making it a positive feature of the space. The waiting room features custom casework for the check-in desk and a magazine rack, both matching the 12o'clock wall in style. All of these details add up to provide a friendly, comfortable environment that the doctor could be proud of.
