Scope:
Project consisted of the design and tenant finish of a
small 4,500sf Ambulatory Surgery Center as well as
client assistance in obtaining the regulatory
approvals from the authorities having jurisdiction.
Design Objective:
The location for this project was highly desired by the
client for its location to their adjacent facility. The
goal was simply to provide a functional Ambulatory
Surgery Center in the space given. We worked with
the client to establish a program of spaces based on
their needs and our knowledge of the regulatory
guidelines for Ambulatory Surgery Centers. From
this we developed a floor plan with one Operating
Room, and the support spaces it necessitates.
