This tenant finish project consisted of the architectural design of a 2,535sf dental office.
Design Objective:
Guy Gronberg Architects, P.C. worked closely with Dr. Schaller to find the right combination of quantity, quality and cost. Dr. Schaller wanted a space that didn't compromise on design, worked within his budget and met both his short and long term goals. To save on initial start up cost it was decided to equip two open and the closed operatory, with the additional two chairs being phased in at a later date. Also, we designed custom casework for all of the side and 12o'clock consoles allowing the doctor to save on his dental equipment budget. This combination of savings allowed us to increase the level of quality and craftmanship which could be designed into the space. A round reception desk, with custom glass display cases and stone veneer was added in the waiting room. Custom oak banding was placed high on the walls to align with the art glass transoms over the doors. These details and others created a space with style that appeals to both Dr. Schaller and his patients.
